The View Is Pretty Great Around Here

A Little Bit of the Coast to Take Home

I spend a lot of time photographing people, but every once in a while, I just want to turn the camera toward the scenery and let it do its thing.

Living and working around the North Coast means I’m surrounded by some pretty incredible places. The ocean, the dunes, the forests, the river, the weathered buildings, the fog that rolls in and makes everything look completely different, it’s hard not to stop and take a picture.

My landscape work is my chance to slow down and capture those places the way they felt when I was standing there. Not just a pretty view, but the mood, the light, the atmosphere, and that little feeling of I’m really lucky to live here.
